Found a wood chip in my chicken taco!!! Called and spoke with the night manager and not only was she unprofessional but denied that Taco Bell employees had any involvement and insisted I come back with the wood chip and my receipt. Seriously, I know you get what you pay for but from the visual presentation of my order I feel the least this cooperation can do is investigate. I will be contacting the public health department. This could have easily choked me or one of my children. Do better Taco Bell!!!

This franchise maintains good service. They are prompt with their orders, especially mobile orders. Their staff are friendly and do well. More recently they had damage done to their drive through (I’m guessing because of late night SUV drivers). The owner actually invested the time and money to get it repaired, rather than let it go downhill. Keep up the good service.

Never open when they say they are open. Supposed to open at 0800 every morning I try to stop around 0815….they might be open once a week at 8. I do understand the lack of workers but Atleast put a sign up that says you are opening late. I mean you Can see people inside working but no one answers the drive through.
