We ordered food worth $100 from spring rolls , soup and most popular main dishes .. for four people .. to watch the packers game and it’s our first time trying this place since we are new in Wisconsin and new to Menominee.. we read it was rated best .. went to pick up the food the chef came out shock hands with my husband. That’s were they deserved the star .. gave us food ALL went to the garage. It’s not even eatable .. it’s not Chinese! I don’t know what they cooked or through together but whatever we took even their luck cookies were soft . . Save your money get toast and peanut butter sandwiches .

Would give negative stars if I could. We paid $60 for two of us and all the food was either inedible or close to it. The meat was so hard and over cooked I couldn’t even cut it with a knife. The flavors were off and plain.

For years I’d been hearing how good Harvey Moy’s was so we decided to drive 30 minutes to try it. This was our 1st mistake. The waitress (with the ponytail) was rude & acted like doing her job was an imposition. The food was horrible. The egg rolls have no taste & are gritty (like whatever spices they were trying to use dried out), the pasta in the lo main was very over cooked spaghetti noodles, the meats in all the dishes were tough & chewy. We’ll never be returning to Harvey Moy’s & definitely will not be recommending them to anyone.

I am not leaving another review for Harvey Moys. It has been and will be my favorite place to get Chinese food. Very good. I just wish they would bring back the Lo Mein with the white sauce. I grew up eating that and it sucks that it’s gone.
