Thanks to new ownership, Pancho Villa’s is more upscale than ever before. The cleanliness and design of the restaurant has seen a big improvement in recent times as well as the delicious Mexican food. However, the cost of dining here has also been increased to reflect this new level of quality. I’d highly recommend you try the house-made Cochinita Pibil, which is the best I’ve had anywhere.

Place vandelized my wife’s car with a parking sticker that could only come off by damaging the window. Had no idea that the parking lot for businesses only didn’t include the business right next to the parking lot called 4th ave yoga. I would steer clear of this place, cause if this is how they treat other people’s property you can only imagine how they treat your food.

DON’T! I REPEAT DON’T EAT! EXPENSIVE AND NOT WORTH THEY PAY! TOOK WAY TO LONG TO BRING FOOD. FOOD WAS ALRIGHT BUT MY BURRITO HAD 80% CABBAGE AND 20% CARNE ASADA. Thank you for you for your time. Also $2.50 for one can soda not good.

this is the worst place ever i saw roaches and a rat run into the kitchen it is disgusting, and to top it of the sea food has been stored for weeks there was a fly in my food, disgusting do not recommend any one to come here, and owner walks up said sorry and never saw his face again and i was charged for everything

If 0 was the answer thats what i give this horrible place it was to long to get my food the owner looks like a perv behind the bar expensive and not good food the only good thing was the waiter that helped me he was friendly helpfull and apologetic for the entire event
