Absolutely disgusting and my last time here. I came in to order tonight about 9:05pm and the gentleman was unwelcoming and annoyed I was ordering. The guacamole tasted old. I got two steak tacos and the tortillas were raw.

A young person was our server, and he was kind, polite, and professional. The food tasted as the usual “El Limon” franchise food. So why do I rate them so low: They charged a dollar extra for cilantro and onions PER TACOS!! 🙁 We ordered 7 tacos, so you can imagine my surprise when I saw the extra charge. I had pull their menu and show them that the cilantro and onions are included, and we pay extra for making the tacos “supreme”. I have no problem paying for the lettuce, tomato, and cheese; but to also pay for an ingredient that is -included- in the basic taco, that is ridiculous. Even after I showed them the menu wording, they reluctantly removed the extra charges saying “We always charge for it.” So buyer, beware. Read the receipt. Perhaps it is worth it to drive to another El Limon to avoid the aggravation.

The food that they get right is good. However on 2 consecutive orders I received verde sauce instead of guacamole for my chips & guacamole order. I mean once ohhhkayyy.. mistakes happen but twice on a row is a major employee training issue or criminal!! Oh also did not give the ice cream with churros . But its okay, I love paying for stuff I don’t receive.

Disgusting trash was sent via Doordash tonight. We try to support locally and I cannot believe the owners would send this out. If it was to late if an order than they should have cancelled it. Almost broke my tooth and they forgot the churros.
