Ordered pizza hut, the app said wait time was 15 minutes, we pull in the employee says they are cleaning the wing fryer it should be another 10 minutes, 15 minutes go by we pull back up again and the manager says they are cooking and says it should be anther 10 minutes, finally after another 15 minutes the big dinner box is done. Food was cold but still good.

First visit to this Pizza Hut. We were welcomed by restaurant manager, Andrea, who was very hospitable and friendly. We ordered “Detroit Style” pizza (meat lover, well it was lacking in the meat department! It was delicious, but I would’ve ordered extra toppings! We enjoyed our lunch in the comfortable and quiet ambiance of the dining area in this Pizza Hut.

First visit, ordered online. Pizza was marked on app as done 5 minutes before it was ready at the store. Had to pull back around because they were finishing it for another 4 minutes after it was marked done. Wasn’t able to complain because they don’t put a survey code on receipts. Domino’s is better by far in the area.

Wait time are not what they say they are 1 hr wait time order time said 25mins. Very unfortunate experience I will not be ordering from this location again. Also dine in area has been closed since covid. This is unacceptable.

I was on a business trip with my family. It was about lunch time while we traveled to the East Coast, and found this Pizza Hut about 5 minutes from interstate 80. As we walked in Star greeted us, told us feel free to sit we’re ever we liked. She was the only one working and it was the lunch rush. LET ME TELL YOU!!! Outstanding job, great customer service and very attentive to detail. She was working carry out, drive true, online orders, and waited tables. GIVE STAR A RAISE!!! Thank you Star we greatly appreciated your hospitality.

We will drive 20 minutes to pick up food since we are outside their delivery area, food is always hot and cooked to perfection. Wings have really gone up in price but if that’s what your craving, pay the price, but be warned they are a little on the small side. We’ve never had an incorrect order and I really customize my pizzas! Love the Edge pizza, thin, crispy and plenty of your whatever your toppings are. Pasta, wings, pizza or cheesy bread oh and stuffed crust pizza – they have a wide range of menu items for all your picky eaters.

I put a order in tonight around 7:50 told the manager to only toast bun half way cause of eating issues she said ok so when I got it home opened it it was cooked all the way bread was hard so I called talked to manager said said she fixed it so she knows it wasn’t mixed up with other sandwich and wasn’t nothing they could do would turn it in to her main manager cause she wasn’t allowed to give credit I won’t be going back there
