Tonight I ordered my pizza late. I skidded in 8:02pm. Instead of lights off doors locked. Those sweet employees waited for me. I do appreciated tgere hard work and really go above and beyond. They did not have to. But did anyways I go there once or twice a month. The people entire staff are sweet wonderful humans. I thank them very much for taking care of me when I had lost track of time. They’re always thoughtful and wonderful and I will never skid in late again. They desearve recognition..

The highway 20 east location has been hit or miss, last night they missed! Online order went in at 1 pm for a 4:15 pickup. Pizza was not even started when we arrived at that time and the young assistant was quite rude when asked about the status. To make matters worse, no sauce was put on our Greek pepperoni pizza! Totally unacceptable!

Usually this location is great, this last visit not great at all. We called in for 2 pizzas they said itll be 30 mins which is fine but, we got there after 30 min waited for another 30 min before I asked if my order was ready our ticket had been left in a pile and forgotten then she said itll be 15 more min till it’s ready they will start it. We wait after another 30 min we finally got our order.. a total of an hour and a half later.

So this was the first time in this location. An the cleanliness of this business, was absolutely horrible. There were topping all over the pizza making area, like they didn’t clean up after every so many customers. The floor was littered with toppings, where we were stepping on topping. I would really hate to see how filthy the kitchen area is. Probably looks the same as the front. Disgusting. The Redmond location is always way cleaner. Maybe these kids need a lesson on cleaning their stations. I won’t ever return to that location ever again.

Walked in at 3:30 on a Friday. Only 2 people working and the phone rang constantly! This team needed help!!!! Still, the young man smiled taking my order and the lone lady pizza maker was SO fast.. I worried my pizza would be chintzy.. But it really was great. Kudos to this team making the best of it all.. But, hey, management…. When you work people to death, for likely minimum wage, they won’t stay. Your customers do notice!

I’ve never changed a review before but this place deserves it. Time management is something that is seriously lacking here. I have always come to understand that this location runs a bit slow but tonight was a little rediculous. I called in and put in an order for 2 pizzas and the guy on the phone told me 15 to 20 minutes. So I gave them 30 minutes just to be safe. When I arrived they had over 7 people waiting for pizza and my order hadn’t been started yet. I have now been standing here for about 15 minutes past the time I arrived and I am still waiting to see them even start on my pies. Whoever manages this location needs to be either fired or re-trained. I worked at a papa murphy’s in high school years ago and this would have never been acceptable. I will no longer be coming to this Location.

there are 7 people making pizzas right now. Ordered 30 minutes ago. Asked to still wait. I can get my prescriptions filled faster then this. SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. Also walked out of the store and they didn’t mention they were completely out of cheese bread. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN
