This particular franchise is destined for failure if someone doesn’t come in and right the ship. This place is ran like a concession stand. Maybe 1 or 2 people working, and our food always takes waaaaay longer than normal, and usually comes out wrong and needs to be re-made. Bathroom is always out of paper towels. I really wish it wasn’t so because we LOVE Jimmy John’s otherwise. But this one? Nope.

Such a great sandwich shop! I absolutely love that they offer low carb options. My favorite is the BEACH CLUB unwich!! It has turkey breast, provolone cheese and avocado spread wrapped in a lettuce wrap!! The ingredients are fresh and amazing.

Ordered online. Arrived 15 minutes later to find one employee asleep at a table and no one behind the counter. Place was a mess. After a few minutes another employee walked out, grabbed the order from their computer and finally started making the food. I get it, it’s not a high paying job, but if you can’t do the basics of making the food and not sleeping at work, go get a different job. If the management can’t hire and retain quality employees, they should consider the compensation they offer or close up shop. No one should be proud of or accept this level of apathy.

I will preface this by saying we did not get the employee names. My husband and I went on Feb. 28 around 5:40pm. One employee was a white female the other a black female. Our order was taken by the black female and she was pleasant. The sandwich maker(white female) is where the problem came from. She made my husband’s sandwich fine. She grabbed a roll to make mine…well it had something on top of it like mayo or something which I didn’t see. What I did see is that she took some old balled up bread that was sitting on the counter and was wiping my roll with it. I asked her did you just wipe my bread with some old bread from off the counter and she replied yeah like it was ok. I told her no I do not want that bread. She got an attitude and grabbed another roll and made my sandwich. As she was bagging our order she did not throw away the roll she wiped with the “bread rag”. My husband asked her are you going to keep that roll and use it. She just looked at him rolled her eyes and sighed again. He said throw that away she sighed and then tossed it. We were not pleased. We have eaten here before with no issues and have never seen anything like that done before. I am very reluctant to go back if that is what they do. I sent the same review when I got an email from the company website that night. I have not been contacted about it yet so I’m posting it here.

Good food, customer service none existent. The lady taking my order had FOOD FALLING OUT OF HER MOUTH, didn’t hand me my drink or anything, acted like she didn’t want me or my husband there. The only good thing about this place is the food. The guy making it when I asked if the sandwich he just placed out was mine didn’t even look at me just responded yes and walked off. They clearly do not want customers here. No hand washing, the lady just went straight back to her sandwich. Gross. This place is gross and rude.

Sloooow service. I went at 7 in the evening, and was the only customer, but it still took 14 (!) minutes for the 3 people behind the counter to make my ONE 8″ sub. Simply terrible customer service. They were more into their conversation. Good help is hard to find these days.
