It was the fastest service I’ve ever experienced at a Vietnamese restaurant. I placed my order, went to the bathroom to wash my hands, sat back down and my food was being delivered! It was hot and delicious! I only have two things I felt were a bit different and could have been better. Usually a plate of bean sprouts, Thai basil, jalapenos and lime will be brought out to you on the side. Here they add the sprouts and Thai basil here without asking if you would have wanted them. I don’t know if lime juice was added but no jalapenos were added. I don’t mind they did this but I can see this being an issue for some people who may not want them. The second thing is more of a preference on my part but the Pho broth tasted too sweet. The flavor was great, the noodles were firm, brisket was thickly cut and delicious but the sweetness was a bit much. I still finished my whole bowl of Pho though! They do serve alcohol, I didn’t take a look at what was offered but pretty cool that they do. I would definitely come back again!

Large menu that will make vegans and those who seek gluten-free options very happy. Unlike many other Asian restaurants, this place has kept its flavor profile as authentic as possible. There were several non-Vietnamese options on the menu as well. The place was packed on the Friday night we were there, so our food took a while before being served. Very affordable prices.

This place is located in a plaza that can easily be missed. I’ve driven by it for years and never checked what’s there. Finally stopped by for bubble tea real quick and checked their menu. Came back for dinner and had the pad thai and pho and some dumplings. It was very well prepared. The food was definitely really good. The rest of the things on the menu looked really good, just didn’t have any room left to me to order more. There was also an extensive list of vegatarian food, I’m not vegetarian, but I noticed there were choices. For anyone who is.

The atmosphere, food, and quality of service make me wonder why more people don’t know about this place. I ordered the house special Bahn Mi and had hot green tea. I’m glad I was told about this place. I will be back with my wife for date night. I also recommend the Noodle House to anyone that likes fresh Asian food. You’ll love it. ❤️
