Lord…this is hands and toes down the Goat of a meal and McDonald’s crew here. Good God!! When I tell you the fries WAS fresh OUT THAT grease….hot to the touch FRESH. You had me at fries !! They was so fresh even the last fry was still hot. Now the burger was just as FYE. It was made correctly, seasoned perfectly and to top it off my cheese was melted all the way round, it even melted to the bun. And that bun was fresh like they have their own bread maker in the restaurant. Finally the drink made it just down right delicious. It CRISPED just right, quenched a thirst I myself didn’t know I had. The only bad thing was no fries in the bottom of the bag. Just AWESOME, to this staff that was working at exactly 1:58! They smart, they loyal…they deserve a car…they momma deserve a car. Thanks!!_

Placed a mobile pickup order at 9:30pm went thru the drive thru and was asked to pull up. Waited till 9:55pm to get my food. Not a complicated order. No drinks. Was asked even to pull up once more because they were out of room. This is prob the worst managed McDonalds when it comes to this. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue or what. But I asked where the manager was (Amy) and girl pointed to the parking lot where I saw a lady talking to another car. Not waiting in food. Not sure what’s the deal here. Curbside shuts down at 9pm. But you got high school girls running every single drive thru order to the parking lot.

Everytime I go through the drive-thru lately after I pay for my order and pull up to the pick up window I’m told to park and they will bring my food out to me. Normally this really wouldn’t bother me but it’s EVERY TIME lately. The last time all I ordered was a biscuit w/sausage. No drink, no side orders just a biscuit w/sausage and was told to park and they would bring it out to me. The lady parked on the side of me was actually waiting for the same thing when she was told to park and wait for her food. I had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to bring me food and it wasn’t even the correct order. Normally I wouldn’t complain about things like this if it was a rare occurrence but unfortunately it’s been happening a lot at the store in Erwinville as well as the store in Port Allen. In my opinion we go through the drive-thru for quickness and convenience not to wait forever just to get the wrong food. Rant Over….

It may be just the location, I really didn’t want to give any stars, however one can’t leave a review unless they do. Anyway I have never spent over $3.00 on a Mc Double cheese Burger. I ordered four of them totalling over $15.00. that’s sick. A dollar menu is a dollar menu, not a three dollar menu. But one must go before they know. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s. We waited 40 minutes for cold stale food. Even worse, it happened during a road trip making our day even longer than expected. I should have left but we already paid and we were boxed in the drive thru.
