I have been ordering a sub online for pickup at least twice a week since this location opened. I have to be at work by 1:00 pm, so I order around 11:30 (online). I arrive at the store at the pickup time to get my sub….except the sub isn’t ready! This has happened SIX TIMES in the past three weeks! It has been a twenty minute wait EVERY TIME! They haven’t even started making it yet! This happened again today, so here’s my review. My boss is tired of me being late for work! Guess I’ll have to find another sub shop…Publix, next door, has good ones too. I don’t recommend this place unless you have plenty of time to wait.

Although not the most healthful food, the service here when you have little ones clamoring to get a “sub,” is certainly above par. My 5-year-old grandson was indecisive, stayed in the bathroom way too long and started dispensing soda when he was meant to get water. When I went to pay for the partial drink, which I asked to be thrown out, I was told “no charge.” The guys behind the counter were patient and gracious, and actually looked at customers while serving us with genuine smiles! This frazzled grandma appreciated it all. (Thankfully, the 7-year-old was a dream child that night!)

Had a delicious lunch at Jersey Mikes on St. Augustine Beach. Love the new, friendly team working there! Asked for the house recommendation and ended up with the #43 – Mike’s Way, add Mayo, honey mustard, and cherry pepper relish. You MUST try this combo, it was amazing! Thank you!

We came here during our stay at St. Augustine Beach. The subs are ok, nothing special, and the place is clean. The female manager (Danielle) is very rude, uninterested and shouting loudly to customers. For me this would be the reason not to visit this place again. The boys are friendly though.
