Why do I order on the app to pick up at the window only to have to sit and wait behind a car that just ordered and is sitting at the window. I ordered so I could have a speedy process not have to wait because they aren’t telling the car to circle and come back in apparently more than 15 minutes.

Every time I order from this particular Dominos they screw up my order. I spend 30 to 75 dollars every order always carry out because they won’t deliver orders over 25$ or so I was told and then when you call to tell them they messed up your order they won’t answer the phone. You have to take the order back to them and make them fix it. Ugh it’s frustrating

Placed an online order “to be delivered”. Paid almost $100 for this order – including a tip. The entire order was not hot at all and was not made as ordered. I also bit into a foreign object on first bite of pizza and about broke my teeth. Contacted Customer Service online and created a case. I indicated I preferred “email” communications; the store management called me. I was offered a free pizza to be accepted within one week, or a percentage off of next order. Did not accept either as I was not encouraged to receive the same from this store.

This is the worst Domino’s I’ve ever dealt with, they refuse to answer the phones and the food always arrives cold and over cooked. Ordered pasta and they left put half of the ingredients— not just half the amount— half the list… no explanation, no apology, NO REFUND. Nothing. And the “delivery” insurance is a joke, ohh you think replacing my $25 missing pizza with a medium 2 topping or 20% off is acceptable? Noooo!!! SMH DAVE UR MONEY—- get DOORDASH OR UBER EATS TO BRING YOU PAPA JOHNS!
