Drive thru order…nobody in line but employee told me I had to pull up and wait on my food because they were waiting on fresh meat. Employee also said he put a pie in my bag for the wait. I said thanks so much but that wasn’t necessary. I went home and my sandwich was Overcooked…fries were fresh and the complimentary pie barely had anything inside because it was overheated I’m assuming, because it was so dry the fruit may as well have been non-existent.

If I could show less stars I would. Absolutely, disgusting. Knowingly serving food knowing the grease is old and having an attitude because the people paying doesn’t want it is beyond me! I took my tenders back because when I bit into it they literally tasted like old grease. The manager, assuming because she had on all black was rude as hell. Like she paid for nasty food and had to walk all the way back. Then didn’t offer compensation, said she knew the grease was old and wouldn’t be change it until tomorrow. Then made the comment unless I want to come back there and change it myself. If this is the type of professionalism that you are hiring I will be exploring other options. I will mot be treated with racism and disrespect. I don’t look don’t on know one, and I will not accept it being done to me.

All pm times there, our fries have been thrown away since they’ve tasted like they’ve been sitting around for hrs, and regardless if curly or regular. Sandwiches and tenders were not hot either, during either recent trip. But any am visit for breakfast items, we’ve had no complaints. Weird???

A young lady standing like a statue look lost today and she’s very rude, walked to the back of the kitchen whispered to the server something as he looked at me. I’m hoping she/he did not mess with my food. I had a Philly steak sandwich before but this sandwich made sloppy and not appetizing as it shows or taste like the sandwich I had from another state. As a truck driver I’m thinking in/out. The only thing felt great about the store is the shower since I’m satisfied with Loves customer service they respond back to you like an human.

I go in the morning through the drive up. I am almost positive the lady that is always there is Liz. She works the night shift. She is amazing. She is the most respectful caring person in food service. She is the reason I come to this Hardee’s location. Her positive outlook is nice on a rough morning.

Been here multiple times since they’ve opened. This time I had the Double Frisco Angus Burger & Reg fries. 1st time getting this burger & it was scrumptiously well prepared. Fries were also a solid mix of hot n crispy & not too salty

The breakfast food is great. But the food served the rest of the day is horrible. Pretty obvious they’re serving food that’s been sitting around for hours. If it’s not breakfast hours, don’t even bother.
