The service was terrible. Lady at the drive-thru was very rude. Never spoke to me at the window. She took my payment and handed the card back, no smile no how are you or anything. Handed my food out the window without looking at me. Cutting up and laughing with another employee. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!

They are the slowest, most rude, unorganized, unprofessional establishment. They should be ashamed to represent Arby’s! They never have any food available, never have anything cooked took me 1 hour in drive threw! Who’s managing this place? I don’t eat there but my daughter like most loves the sliders and curly fries. This place needs a new owner or new management or just shut down. Hire people that want to work maybe.

I had the classic roast beef sandwich, and it was not up to par. The meat looked like sandwich meat, and the arby sauce did the sandwich, no justice. I was very disappointed due to the fact that it is not the same as I have had before. The employees were very nice and friendly but the tables were not cleaned and it was barely any customers inside.

They forgot part of my order (had a number 3, they forgot the French dip stuff) so i had to go back. They gave me another free medium fry, since my fries were gonna be cold by the time I got home. So I appreciated that. Everyone was nice and welcoming though.
