I love the move to the new location. It was a Bank prior to. Now a drive thru that was a game changer for those with mobility issues. Food, Service, clean, accuracy of order all was fantastic!. The delivery driver looked through our front door window, to start with. On a CONTACTLESS DELIVERY!!! Which I went out and got because he stood there waiting. Plus we Ordered a Parmesan Crust pizza with just pepperoni and sausage. Did NOT get that. The box was correct but the pizza inside had mushrooms and ham. This delivery did not uphold the standards of Papa John’s. Just the replacement pizza, nothing compensating the wait or the inconvenience. Not professional at all.

What an awful experience. The pizza took forever to arrive and conveniently arrived while I was upstairs. The driver claims to have called, but I wasn’t missing any calls. I contacted the manager who was combative and rude. And ultimately cancelled our order. I recognize it’s tough hiring these days, but do not believe Amy P is equipped for customer service. Sad

Tge chicken alfado bowl thing was just ok if you like onions they you will love this it was mostly onion with a side of chicken and about 10 little pieces of mushroom the rest was onion so if you want a onion dinner bowl order this i personally do not like a side of chicken i would rather have a little side of onion way to cut cost though i guess

Love the new Papa Johns building & parking lot in Franklin!!! I had no idea they had moved! I will go more often now because they moved away from their old scary tiny parking lot that was shoved up against US-31. And they added a drive thru at the new building!!! Food was awesome & employees friendly too.
