It’s not too bad, first visit since I live out of town. Food was rich in flavor, very colorful, and more than I could eat. No wait, friendly employees, plenty of seating. I really like this place and will be back. Lots of veggy choices if that’s your flavor.

Indian Chipotle – it’s a nice restaurant that offers indo Mexican fusion food. We took veg and non-veg rice bowls. Lots of options to choose from – two kinds of rice, lentils, garbanzo beans, veggies, paneer, saag, chicken or lamb. You can do half and half rice, customize your meal, there are different sauces to choose from. I like the green chutney and chili sauce. Staff is friendly and nice, kind enough to give extra salsa on the side. Portion size is generous. Will recommend trying if want to try Indian with a Mexican twist!

If you’re craving for Indian food and love Chipotle style, this is for you. Once you’re inside, you just feel like you’re in an Indian Chipotle. Even the setup and menu looks like it. There is a lot to choose from. I have got my bowl literally overcrowded with food. It’s more like thali in a bowl. We chose Chicken Tikka and Chicken Curry Rice Bowl. Loved the flavors, loved the concept, loved everything. Fajitas have big pieces of veggies and can be sautéed more. If you’re not so hungry, two can have a bowl easily. Huge portions. Definitely give it a try whether you have had Indian food earlier or not!!

I got the curry bowl. It was good. The heat was perfect since I did ask for everything spicy. I wish the lamb had more flavor. It taste like mild lamb which isn’t bad. Maybe I over crowed my bowl with to many flavor but the flavor was lacking. But overall it was amazing
