Chinese fast food, but with better food. Big selection of items on their menu. It is one of those places where you order at a counter and then sit down. Someone brings your food to you. The restaurant is clean and comfortable but not a lot of Chinese decor. That’s not exactly a bad thing. The food was very good and the servings were generous. I can’t think anything that I would suggest for improvements. I rated the service down a star simply because you have to order at a counter. It’s a nice place and I wouldn’t hesitate in going back.

Got the special. Cashew chicken. Usually, very happy with this restaurant. This time, the dish was made poorly. I’m no expert,but I don’t think it was made properly. As for cashews, it had one cashew,with two or three broken pieces.

Great food. Their kung pao chicken was great. Not sure how they make their sauce but its delicious! Their hot and sour soup was amazing. Can only get on Fridays. Wife said the crab rangoon are the best in the area. They are friendly and the service was great and fast. Great place!

I am writing this review in hopes that the criticism will be used constructively. And because I’ve been going to Chinese Chef for years so I know that this is not just a “one time” situation that sometimes reviews are based on. Chinese Chef used to be one of my favorite places in town. I keep going there occasionally in hopes that maybe this time it will be like it used to be. Unfortunately, it never is.
