No one to speak to regarding your order. Located inside Chili’s but no one there knows how to order and keeps saying on the DoorDash app. I repeatedly said I’m on the It’s Just Wings website. Stated I’ve never ordered from here before can I get two sauces/half and half because not sure if my son will eat either. She worked for Chilis and the conversation went in circles. Ending with no, you only get one sauce per order individual order. I thanked her and ordered from somewhere else

The wings are super dry and rubbery, the sauce is non existent. The fry sauce is a mock of Chick-fil-A, the ranch is basically water and the fries are not at all seasoned (not even salty) they are also very soft like they’re microwaved. I didn’t know you can mess up desserts but the pie things were undercooked and flavourless. If I could give negative stars I would.

Mediocre at best. Prices are decent and you get a lot of food, but don’t expect to be blown away. Think if McDonalds attempted wings and It’s just wings is what they created. Oh except it’s from Chilies so about the same. i guess where they lost me is wings only partially covered with sauce. Like legitimately a few with only a couple spots. This was that case with both flavors I decided to try, so it’s obviously just skimping on the sauce normally. If you love wings like me then just do yourselves a favor and go to Jims.

This is a ghost kitchen for chili’s, you’re just eating chili’s food being marketed differently to trick you. Ghost kitchens are unregulated 99% of the time because state doesn’t know they exist and present massive contamination and allergy concerns. Do not support businesses that are directly lying to you.

Driver was super late-over 20 min. 4 hungry turned hangry boys then didn’t have all that was ordered. Each box was shorted 2 to 4 wings and the fries were meh. Charged extra for sauces which were wrong, too. To boot I paid an additional $6.00 tip for poor service/delivery ahead of time AND there’s not a LIVE HUMAN to even speak with to make it right. Boooo

Amazing. Juicy, hot, just the right amount of sauce ( I ordered extra sauce just in case, based on other reviews, but I didn’t wind up needing it!) I love that they have a smoked wing option. I’ll be ordering from here again!

Giving this place 3 stars because the food is good. And I’ve tried to give them a few tries but something is ALWAYS missing. First order I received was a mistake on the Door Dash driver, but I enjoyed it and tried something new. Since then, I’ve ordered a few times and there’s been something missing each time. From the extra ranch which I’m charged for to the dipping sauce for the fried Oreos which I order every time and have now given up because since the first mistake order I received, it hasn’t come with it lol. This could be a great spot… but it’s the little (not so little) things that count…
