This is a bar. Do not expect top tier food. Service was very slow due to our waitress also being the only bartender. It was fun because they had trivia on the TV and we played that together as a couple. Would be better for drinks and apps instead of dinner.

It’s a fun atmosphere with great food and friendly service. We recommend the “o” Burger. Full menu is great, we like everything on it.

Castaways give off a little bit of a drive bar atmosphere but it is clean and decorated for the beach. There are a number of items hanging in the rafters and on the wall that bring Margaritville to Chillicothe.

We’ve never been to Castaways before, but we thought we’d give it a try. We started with The Castaway Platter which was several different appetizers and dipping sauce, We also tried the Artichoke Dip. They were all very good.i had the Cuban with homemade chips, one of the others had GFS with waffle fries, the others had the Patty Melt, Cheesy Italian Beef with tatertots, and 1 other sandwich. They were all good and we left stuffed! The waitress was a hoot and stayed on top of things. It was worth the 30 minute drive.
