I asked for just orange chicken and she decided to ignore my request when I continuesly asked if i can just have orange chicken. In general she ignored what I asked for when I would politely ask for the things I wanted. She was not in the mood for customer service and if you are going to rudely treat people you shouldn’t be in customer service.

I understand it’s a food court. I understand it’s panda express. But how can you have such a bad service. Rushing everything, all I hear is “what do you want. And then and then and then…” And we got no body wait in line. If you are so impatient why even bother to be in the customer service line of work. Worst service I’ve seen in years.

Ordered two entrees and one side. The entrees was mediocre at best but the rice really had no taste. I had to ask for salt but was not available. I also ordered the fountain “Minute Maid” lemonade it’s was so diluted it felt like drinking water.

Food is barely halfway decent as usual but they really skimped on the portions this time. I received 5 pieces of shrimp and half portion of noodles. What a rip off. On Chinese New Year of all days. $12 for a half portion of bland noodles and fried sugar meat. Definitely not coming here again. Better off taking your business elsewhere.

Terrible service. White rice is undercooked. Clients for them are pigs who can be fed second-rate food. We tried to eat twice (we hoped that we just got on a bad team), no, both times we felt like we were on a pig farm.
