Had a great drive thru experience at this particular Arby’s. The guy working the drive thru on 7/8/2023 around 5:30pm was the friendliest guy and he made our stop for dinner memorable. I hope others can take note of his kindness because it goes a long way.

Wasn’t too crowded, they brought our order to the table and checked later to see if we needed anything else. Service from comparable to a nice restaurant. Very pleased. A bit noisy because of a large family but it is a kid friendly place.

The place is staffed by some very unhappy people. The open air design makes it easy to view the employees angrily toss and fling meat at the sandwich board as they work. You can tell the place is understaffed by the filthy condition of the dining room. Everyone in line waited 20 minutes or more for their orders. One lady was waiting before we walked in and was still waiting after we finished our lunch. Id recommend the drive through. It seemed to move somewhat faster.

Haven’t been to an Arby’s for many, many years. Saw on History Channel how it got started so all we see now are Arby’s! Stopped during travels to Kentucky. Delicious! The Jamocha shake was awesome! Our new favorite fast food place! Great job!

Waiting for a bit because no one was paying attention as we stood at the register patiently waiting, then took forever to get order because the forget to make it. Food was not worth it. Arby’s has gone down hill so bad.. BK so much better tasting and service better. This is last time, no more giving them another chance. You need to revamp and start with better managers.

This store definitely gets two thumbs up. Freshest and hottest food probably of any Arby’s I’ve been to! My beef cheddar was made just how I like, arby sauce already on it, which was awesome.
