I patroned this place at a quarter to midnight on a Thursday. My pizza was fresh, and it tasted good. However, I gave this venue 4 stars instead of 5 due to the bad attitude of the female worker who operated the oven and packed the pizzas. Her attitude made me uncomfortable because she ignored me when I entered the store. When I called for her attention, she responded in a short and confrontational manner. I would have left if I weren’t so hungry. Luckily, her male co-worker was much kinder. He greeted me, answered my questions, and processed my order. I had a feeling that both were overworked as I saw the delivery people entering and exiting the shop rapidly. Still, the female worker could have expressed her need for extra time in a more dignified manner. I praise the male employee’s grace and customer service, and I suggest that management schedule more than two people work inside the shop on high volume days/times. I would return only if I were famished and there weren’t any other options.

Delivery driver Fernando coughed over food and threw boxes on the ground. Probably because he thought we didn’t tip but the tip was sitting near the doorbell on the stand the pizza should have went on. He threw the soda down first, threw the pizzas on top (not before coughing over them however), they were not stacked neatly either. He then poured the condiments out of the bag onto the ground. We order from y’all a lot so this was disappointing.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak I measured Izzy weight of the meat it was 25 oz I measure the chicken on my pizza it was Point 19 oz of chicken on my pizza now I don’t know how much it’s supposed to weigh but I know it’s more than that these guys are literally stealing from you

Won’t be back to this location. First time my order was not made when I got there. I was angry but just left because this had not happened before at other dominos locations…I assumed this one would be up to par. Today I ordered 2 pizzas. My cheese hand tossed pizza was more like a thin crust with sauce and a couple pieces of cheese. All I could taste was sauce. There were several parts of my pizza that had no cheese at all. Whoever put it together clearly just rushed through it to get it done with. The crust was bland and chewy. The other pizza was the same. Won’t be back.

Ordered two pizzas online one hand tossed and the other thin crust. First the associate calls saying they are out of onions I changed second topping to feta cheese. When I reached the store the cashier rang up my order and I gave a tip. When she opened the boxes I explained to her that I ordered a thin crust and a hand tossed. She immediately said we can make it over. The associate in the back rudely threw the pizza pan down on the counter and said I’ll make it again but next time I’m going to have to charge you for another pizza. Shocked at this reaction I definitely didnt want her making me another pizza. I told the cashier don’t worry about it. I left the store unsatisfied. Got back to my car where my phone was charging. I looked up my order to verify I ordered a thin crust and a hand tossed. Which I did. Will never spend my money here again. Rude unprofessional and it ruined my evening I had to get dinner from somewhere else. I always order from this dominoes never in countered such poor customer service. The associate acted as if I made a mistake but in reality she did. Awful service

Im not a person who regularly complains, but this particular Domino’s pizza location unfortunately falls short in multiple aspects. The customer service is severely lacking, as evidenced by their tendency to cancel orders, even ones placed with a generous two-hour window before closing. Communication is equally disappointing, with calls often ending abruptly. The manager’s behavior leaves much to be desired, exemplified by their rudeness in canceling orders just an hour before closing. It might be prudent for them to display a SIGN that says WE STOP TAKING ORDERS AT 10, but we close at 11.
