Their food truck was parked at Little Sahara—we ordered the ceviche tostada (I believe that’s what it was called) and the street tacos. They were both so flavorful, fresh, and delicious! We also got the fruit mix and it was everything I expected and more. One of the best food trucks we’ve ever had!

We’re so happy we found this place! It’s honestly some of the best horchata, elote, and fruit cups we’ve had…and we’ve had a lot. Love the coconut in the horchata. Fairly priced, healthy portions, friendly service…10/10 for sure.

Tried Tropical Paradise Tacos for the first time today! And I couldn’t be more excited about finding my new favorite taco truck. I got the grilled shrimp tacos. Joey the cook rocked it! The crispy cheese, delicious shrimp, and all the fresh greens made it perfect for a summer day. Very impressed with the DJ outside and how kind they were at the window.

Super overhyped and overrated. The wait was very long for a very simple order. The horchata tasted horrible considering it tasted and probably was powdered horchata mix from the store. Other than the horchata tasting bad they didn’t bother to even fill the cup up all the way. My fruit cup lacked lots of flavor didn’t even have any lime juice and they use Valentina The ceviche tostadas had way too much cabbage on them, I’ve never seen ceviche prepared with shredded cabbage. I won’t be back anymore until they improve their quality and stop overcharging

I had the tostitoceviche, it was fantastic! Great portion sizes. I also had horchata that had a creamy coconut flavor which I loved. I’ll be back next time I’m in town for sure!
