*DISGUSTING *Just left this nasty establishment. The place is nasty. A young lady swept the floor and rug at the front door towards the food prep area. The tables were nasty, with no napkins. There was more butter on the bag than on my bagel and the order was wrong. Man, I would never go here again. Only if the people in the drive-thru knew what was going on inside. I just wasted my money and throw the bagel away. DISGUSTING

Terrible wait times, untrained staff, charging wrong amounts, handing wrong food to people in drive thru then attempting to hand it back out to the next person after being touched/inspected. Highly discourage trusting this location. They should probably shut down for a few days and have a full staff meeting and retraining on food handling, cleaning, and customer service.

This location has gone way downhill – anytime I come here now it takes 20 minutes just to get a sandwich. I ordered and had my coffee in hand, and meanwhile no one has even started my sandwich. On a previous visit I watched the guy finish my sandwich, put it in a wrapper, then proceeded to work on 2 other items for the drivethru, hand those off, then finally put mine in a bag and give it to me…. This might be the slowest location I’ve been to in a while.

A whole year later… came to this Dunkin and I paid for almond milk and cold foam… did I receive either? NOPE. I’m lactose and tolerant and these people are in the business to make you sick. Order number 3393.. I also have the guy a chance to redeem himself and fix the issue … I was told that my drink had almond milk.. it had whole milk and I threw up all over my car … absolutely insane.

I used to work for this franchise and I drink coffee often, but they can’t seem to get it right. There’s not even 4 creams because it’s dark and I know the difference between the vanilla shot and the swirl… I also emphasized no sugar and there’s a lot of sugar floating at the bottom
