I usually order from the drive through and should’ve kept it that way because when I walked in the employees did not acknowledge my existence (I was the only customer at this point). I had to ask if I could order (which shouldn’t be the case). Their customer service definitely needs improvement, and from what I’ve seen on other reviews, it’s clear that they just don’t care.

Haven’t been to a dunkin in a few years and their menu tripled in size. Didn’t see any donuts on their drive thru menus. Their sourdough breakfast is 650 calories. It’s very filling, but lacks flavor because there’s no seasoning or sauce. Their bagel bites are good, but there’s a lot of nothing in it. They also sell bacon as a side like French fries and they’re caramelized. Adding the side bacon to breakfast sandwiches is a good pro tip. A lot of drinks on the menu now.

How about not roll eyes when you automatically go to scan vs take Apple Pay. How someone is holding to process matters. Give the customer time to complete them take order, drinks etc vs handing them the drink while holding the lid with your fingertips.

Horrible customer service! My daughter ordered a coffee this morning and it wasn’t prepared correctly. Instead of fixing her order, the employee decided to gaslight her about it. It seems from the reviews that customer service is a real problem at this location. We will never again spend money at this store.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! Worst experience! Clerk was on phone entire time and denied my pregnant wife a cup of water! Smells like garbage! Unsanitary table tops! Brownie tasted stale and old! Horrible experience!

The manager here and all the employees are so kind here. I appreciate their amazing customer service! The manager gave my fiancé a cup of milk on the house when they ran out of small milk cartons to purchase, which was very nice and extremely thoughtful! I hope more businesses can learn from this.
