Look at my pics and tell me this place is just meh. The Cubano was amazing. Those french fries were excellent. Crispy on the outside but soft inside. The service was also spot on. My one negative is pretty much a standard across Vegas, the lack of pre-made sweet tea.

Food and atmosphere is really good and nice. Very cozy which I love, but the service is awful. Came in for my first time and was told to sit anywhere (pretty nice to pick your own seat) but didn’t get greeted or get a drinks order or check up on untill about 15 min later. Finally placed my order, food came out rather quickly but then got ignored after that. there was 2 other tables when my boyfriend and i dined in. the hostess/server checked up on the other two tables, but just gave us a side eye and walked away. Really rude. asked for rhe check but it never came so we had to stand at the hostess stand to pay (this is after the other people paid at their tables but we were forgotten again?). There was only 3 tables there including us, not hard to miss table checking with their customers.

Ordered food from GrubHub and left special instructions and asked if they could separate biscuits and gravy from egg so as not mixed. They did not. Why leave a space for special instructions if you are not going to honor them? It wasn’t a hard or odd request. Just didn’t want my food all mixed together. Ordered toast and received just bread — not toasted at all. Asked for eggs over easy and they came broken and hard — definitely not over easy. Don’t think I will ever order from here again.

Was excited to try this spot due to all the positive reviews, but unfortunately they fell short. While the pricing and service was great the food itself was subpar. I ordered the breakfast meal with hash browns and received mush potatoes. My toast had no butter and no options for jam, so it was just plain bread. Most likely not a spot I’ll visit again.
