Delicious, inventive dishes. Everything I’ve tried has been terrific and the Nacho chaat is a brilliant fusion concept.

Excellent food, loved the saag paneer sandwich, bhel puri and masala pulled pork. They were sold out of the nacho chaat – excited to try that next time! Conveniently located next to upright beer station. Lots of outdoor seating, especially great for a sunny day.

Papadams and chutneys are so good! The ultimate bar snack. I ate a lot of it, took it home and ate some more, and still had one left for a midnight snack.

Delish tempeh burger with a sweet and spicy tang. The pickle on the side was fabulous too. Clove forward and garlicky with a snap.

The side of chips are simply grocery store chips, almost certainly Juanita’s brand. The Masala Pulled Pork was very mustard seed and coriander seed heavy. I feel the meat paired better with the chips than on the bun. This business would do much better as an Indian nacho place. Also, it is right next door to a place that sells beer so the two businesses would complement each other well if they sold Indian nachos rather than sandwiches.

We found the food very flavorful and unique. It’s nice to have such an interesting food truck in the neighborhood. However the service was unexpectedly unfriendly and the prices feel high when you’re getting just a burger sized sandwich with name brand Frito chips on the side. I don’t understand why one of their house made sides isn’t included with the sandwich. Personally I think they should stop with the Fritos all together. They’re kind of gross. The Dhel Chaat was so good except whenever I tasted a Frito chip. It’s weird to contrast the fresh ingredients against the processed corn chip.

Lamb Smashburger has potential. It’s a good portion with interesting flavors, but over salted (even for smashburger standards) and dwarfed by an enormous bun. You could take one of the bun halves, cut it in half, and still have an above-average bun. Previous patrons were served fritos as a lazy side; I was served the somehow worse plain tortilla chips. To the owners: if you want any chance at succeeding then you need to: 1) provide more pickled veg on the side (three tiny pickle slices don’t cut it) to help cut the richness of the main 2) sell the sandwich a la carte at a lower price ($17 for the sandwich and tortilla chips is insulting given that they do not count as a side) or 3) find a reasonable side, ideally something chaat-related, that helps someone feel like they are eating a real meal and not a sandwich + afterthought.

We had the lamb khadi smashburger and oh lord was it amazing! Will be going back again to try the nachos which looked amazing! This cart is next to Upright Brewing so you can grab amazing food and beer in one place.

Their Indian-style nachos are SOOOO DAMN GOOD. Spicy, zesty, cheesy, salty, crunchy goodness. It’s the fusion food I didn’t know I needed in my life, yet am already craving again two hours later. Will be returning ASAP to try the rest of the menu Items! Pro tip: be sure to add the masala pulled pork to achieve complete nacho Nirvana.
