Waiting to pick up wings for 30 minutes and no employee has even come to the front. There are approximately 10 other people here waiting as well, some much longer than me. It’s 35 minutes past my latest pick up time… which isn’t the issue the lack of costumer service is disappointing, even someone poking their head out to say they’ll be with us would be helpful.

Great sauces and great wings. I’ve never had a bad experience at any BSB. 4 out of 5 for this location bc I got boneless instead of regular wings and they said 20 minutes and it took an additional 20 minutes for pick up.

First off , I see quite a few 1 star reviews. The funny thing about that is, I do not see 1 single reply from the owner apologizing and welcoming anyone back to try again. They were unable to get my order correct and gave us buffalo wings instead of honey garlic (we specifically asked for NOT SPICY FOOD) We spent $40 on 24 wings and fries that were mediocre at best and wrong to begin with. I have $8.99 credit towards my next order that I will never order. Two thumbs way down.

Waited over an hour for my order when they told me that it would be done in 25min. Even when I specifically asked for my wings to not ne over cooked, they were like eating leather. This place is horrible.

The app is terrible, you can’t make special requests. I have also ordered through Chow Now, that app is also very difficult to make special requests through. I got a steak salad and there was nowhere to specify what dressing that I wanted, so they just didn’t bring me one. When I called to complain I was told that I got what I ordered and that there was nothing they could do for me. Well, I’ll tell you what I will do. I’ll stop ordering from you twice a week. I always tip 20% or more and this is the way you talk to loyal customers?

I pretty much stick to boneless wings here… But great selection of sauces and has always been decent to good. They are usually drenched in the sauce which can be good or bad depending on your preference. Fairly expensive for wings though

Went to BSB Mars. It was awful. Overpriced for half wings. Drum is separated from the flappy. No different than any pizza place out there. Will not be back. If I wanted to eat trash, I’d order from Vogel.

Honestly I would give this negative stars. Ordered 26 bone in and it was the worst wing experience I’ve ever had considering these wings are 1$+/wing. Small, shriveled, under sauced, and overdone. I wish I could post pictures as proof. Their were even pieces in there that I’m not sure even qualify as “wings.” One could almost be forgiven for thinking they saved all the rejects throughout the day then have me 26 of them for 36 dollars. There honestly was not one good wing in the bunch.
