Horrific night manager . Calls up says she’s out of salads and can’t refund me my card without canceling whole order and refunding to me and them put me last of List delivery when driver was out the door with my food already and then says she’s so busy she can’t get anything completed from another store. Totally rude snd she canceled the whole order without my permission snd hung up and I still don’t have my refund with the tip for the order I never got . Order elsewhere that has better customer service . I waited 2 hrs. They need new management t at night, This was Saturday night after midnight , She could care less about the owners customers

we frequently order from here but unfortunately had a very poor experience this last delivery. our pizza was not delivered to the correct house & so we did not receive it. i called thinking they could just make new ones up quick & redeliver! super easy fix! when i called i had a pretty rude encounter with what i assume was a manager or lead. said he’d call me back because something seemed “fishy”. he told me the drivers side, which was not the true story, not sure if he just misunderstood over the phone or what but bottom line, we spent $43, didn’t get our pizza (which was our dinner after a long day & now it’s 10 at night & we have to figure out a meal), we are then told we do not get a refund & to call corporate & he said it was 24 hours when i asked & i called & they don’t open back up till monday. i’m usually pretty understanding but this is pretty disappointing to say the least.

I ordered pizza and cheese bread from here. The order said out for delivery and I went downstairs as soon as I got the notification. I waited for 30 mins and then got a notification that the driver was in the neighborhood so I went outside to wait for him. No one ever pulled into the parking lot of my apartment building and I was waiting for 5 mins before I got a notification they cancelled the order. This is very unprofessional.

Everything was fine until we opened up our pizza, we asked for extra pepperoni, normal amount of sausage, we literally got 12 very small pieces of sausage on a small pizza! Now if it had been a small sausage pizza, would it have been just as skimpy?!? And very expensive for a small pizza!!

I had ordered a delivery online and wasn’t aware or told that they didn’t take a $50 bill or more until the rude driver came to my door so then I called the store and talk to the manager on duty and she said if I would’ve spent over $30 then he would’ve been able to take the $50 so why did he explain that to me then I have no idea cause I could’ve tipped the man and then it would’ve been over the $30 and there would’ve been no problem and you’re still but no the man left with my pizza and then my boyfriend even told him that he would go get change and he really said no I don’t have time
