My wife had the Ranchero with pastor. The description says sautéed onions. They were raw. I had crazy nachos, either the tortilla chips were undercooked or they used stale tortillas. They were tough and hard to chew. There was a pile of greasy undercooked chips in the center that were clumped together. At that point, I gave up. They are a one and done with me.
