They where great picked up 5 pizzas there Monday had a 1 1/2 drive with no Pizza Hut near there to got dinner so they gave me 2 grub hub bags to keep things warm

This is these worst place ! We got the Big box deal and it came with wings after waiting 20 mins I asked her for blue cheese and she tells me it’s 80 cents for 1 little dipper they don’t give them out nomore you have to pay for it but you sauce for breadsticks !!!! it’s you have wings with your meal you should not have to pay for blue cheese then it’s a tiny little dipper smh PIZZA HUT SHOULD BE A SHAME THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I GET ANYTHING FROM THEM

It was our first time at Pizza hut, we loved everything upon entering. Our server was Jason, he did not just serve us but he educated us about our meal including our drinks . It was my first flavored strawberry ice tea and after having a taste we treated him I’m helping us make a decision on what we should eat …I hated lemon pepper wings but after trying it because he suggested it , that is the only place I will come to have them.. thank you very much for everything. We will be back

I was disappointed when I went to this Pizza Hut store to order a pizza using a coupon I found online. The coupon code worked when I placed my order online, but the cashier refused to accept my order unless I had a printed copy of the coupon. The website did not mention that a printed copy was required, and I had already paid for the pizza online. I felt that the store’s policy was unprofessional and inconvenient, and I understand why Pizza Hut’s reputation has declined in recent years.

Pizza Hut outsourced ordering pizza. When you call your local Pizza Hut it forwards you to a call center that’s not in the USA and there are major language barriers. There was also an issue with my order as some things I ordered were not delivered and other things were not cooked all the way and were raw dough. I tried calling my Pizza Hut but it kept hanging up or forwarding me out of the country to their call centers and they could not even contact my local Pizza Hut either. So I got no replacement food and no refund. I have to wait a week for the “supervisors” in the customer satisfaction department to get back to me. This problem could have EASILY been fixed if I could talk to someone at the actual restaurant. This is the Fairless Hills, PA restaurant. Very dissatisfied with things being outsourced, with customer service as I was in the phone for over an hour. Then to not have some things I ordered even delivered and the things that were, not cooked all the way AND not even be able to contact the local store. And after paying $15 for delivery(delivery fee and tip).

Called for delivery, 1) they person sounds so far away you can’t hear what they say 2) they try to rush you off the phone when making your order 3) when you ask them to bring change for $100 so you can give the driver a decent tip they say we only send them with $20 change, so I asked him if I’m supposed to give the driver a $40 tip he’s says yes. Make this make sense. This is the worst experience I have had at Pizza hut ever in my life. I will never order from here again!
