Frustrating experience with mobile app. Twice now have ordered pickup through the app and had to wait 45 minutes to get food. Could have gone through the walk up line at least 3 times before I got my food. Staff seem totally overwhelmed with Uber orders. Could hardly get there attention for a take out order, then they didn’t believe my order was real until they went to check the back room computer. Twice. This happened twice. Tried a third time but the pickup time was an hour and 15 minutes after order time so I walked in and there was no line. Makes zero sense.

I give this Panda Express a 5 stars because it’s the most consistent. The same staff has been working there for years. They are always efficient. Even if there’s a line i know waiting won’t take long because they move thru it. This location is always clean and plenty of indoor and outdoor tables with umbrellas.

Clean location with fast service can in on the lunch rush and still got out in good time , food is hot and never seems to be sitting , might wanna plan a bit ahead cause they get a ton of dd ofders specially during the evening

I’m impressed with how well the line flows. I didn’t feel rushed yet I had my food quick!! Everyone in uniform acknowledged me and it was a very pleasant experience. Food was excellent as well. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the place

I’m upset with this panda express located at 491 Riverside Ave, Medford, MA 02155. i always order large size on everything because we are big family and i always get inconsistent food, i ordered a large sizzling shrimp and got only 6 shrimp surrounded by a bunch of red peppers i really paid $15.15 just for this. No matter the size, they give little food and the prices are expensive for what I receive. I have complained to them and they don’t care. They should appreciate customers paying $15.15 for just 6 shrimp is outrageous. My total orders are over $100 and my kids are asking for more food I definitely need to find a place that has family orders and cares about customers and what you pay is well rewarded. It is not free food, it is very expensive and it is not worth paying so much for so little.

I arrived a half hour early. For my food to get done and sit for 20 min before they told me. I paid $6.50 for this “small” order of Orange chicken that looks like it may have only 6 pieces in it.

By far the nicest Panda Express I’ve been to. The food was great, the building was all very clean and new, and the staff were fast and friendly. Overall I found great value for what I paid and it was certainly delicious American style Chinese food (orange chicken, beef and broccoli, fried rice). I will most definitely be coming back to this spot again.
