I’ve had bacon/egg/cheese wraps at multiple Dunkin Donuts in Brunswick, Frederick, Germantown & Gaithersburg. The one I just received from Brunswick is, buy far, the best one I’ve had. Stale donuts and wrong order. It wasn’t busy at all 3 including myself in the drive thru and they still got the order wrong and after explaining the order was wrong and what the correct order is I get the eye roll and attitude from the lady at the window, your better off just getting gas station coffee and donuts this place is horrible

We ordered a French vanilla iced latte, an iced mocha, and a caramel swirl iced latte. They ALL had no taste and were very bitter. It had color to it, but was very bitter and tasted like straight black coffee.

You’re better off going to another dunkin. Whenever I go here my order is either wrong or my drink/food tastes terrible. It’s a bunch of kids working that you can tell have not had proper training & have no idea what they’re doing or they are just rude. One time I somehow got charged twice for a mobile order & was told I wasn’t able to get a refund because there was no manager working that day. Definitely worth driving out of the way to go to another dunkin.

Someone needs to tell the employees when handling food you need to wear gloves or not touch the actual food. This employee was scooping ice cream while manhandling the cone in between taking bites of her lunch. Completely unsanitary and against health codes. No hand washing in between eating and handling customer food either.

I’m not one to write reviews usually but this dunkin location is horrible. Every time I get coffee at this location they can never make my order correctly. Even a cup of black coffee was cold when I got it. Staff is lazy and unorganized. Retraining and management is needed.

I got a sour dough breakfast sandwich. It is supposed to have two eggs, came with one. I guess the toaster was broken. My bread was maybe made acquainted with the toaster but that’s as far as it got. Same with my wife’s bagel. She asked for it to be double toasted. Didn’t happen. Coffee is okay.

Girl at the counter had an attitude. Maybe because of the rush of people or she just didn’t want to be there. Asked for a sugar-free Vanilla, she tried to give me a regular without the label on the side. When I caught her she said they were out of sugar-free which she could of said at the beginning. I asked for a refund was ignored until I had to raise my voice and she stomped off to get the manager. Tried to blame me saying I ordered the wrong thing I said no I ordered a sugar-free and you tried to give me a regular one. Got my refund went to the one in Jefferson
