So delicious! This place is such a gem of a find and I highly suggest to everyone when they ask about somewhere place to eat in Albany. I was never at Barbacoa before the remodel but the decor had a very cozy feel and I really like it. There is also an outdoor seating area with quite a few tables. Would be a great place for music. The smoked meat is so tasty and moist and great in tacos and quesadilla.

Great find in a small town! For some reason, BBQ smoked meats + Mexican food + handmade pizza = deliciousness. Also, drinks made by a legitimate bartender who knows how to make a true margarita from scratch.

The atmosphere is nice and inviting. A nice choice of drinks to meet your needs for the night. The menu has plenty of options but the dishes need seasoning. The homemade salsa was bland as was the dishes we ate. If the taste was greatly improved, this could be a definite 4-5 star establishment.

Absolutely amazing food! Brisket is tender, jucy, and flavorful!!! Service is very welcoming and attentive. Many dishes are freshly made which adds another level of quality. This place would be a hit in a bigger city!
