Unfortunately, the AC was not at its max and we realized that after we had already ordered. The food was good, however, there were long intervals between the meals so our group could not eat at the same time. I. Staff was friendly and flexible to fix a meal particularly. I recommend the lettuce wraps and the chicken Lo-mein. Yes. We’re coming back.

Came here and placed an order at the drive through, upon pulling up to the window I was told that my coupon would not work. The employee stated that I needed to purchase one dish with rice and one with noodles. I called every other Wok Inn location in San Antonio, all of which stated my coupon would work just fine for the two chicken pad thai dishes that I ordered. This location definitely needs to focus more on educating their employees. I called back to let them know, a different employee answered and stated that every store has different policies. I assume he meant to say only that store doesn’t know what the company policy’s are to begin with.

Best location in town. Food is always hot and delicious and the service is always friendly and quick! The portions were huge for the price and the unlimited soup bar to top it off was delicious. Definitely recommend!

The original location has excellent food. Skip this location food doesn’t taste the same at all. Overly greasy, with the only flavor being oil. Beyond that, everything was either all salts or no taste at all.

This was just a drive in and quick trip as I was looking for a healthier option than a burger or fried chicken. Glad I took a chance on Wok Inn. It was Wednesday and I did the special of Supreme Shrimp. Two great things about this visit. Entree was ample. Was concerned that the three shrimps I saw when opened would be my total serving. Not the case. A full dozen of plump, firm (not flimsy) medium sized shrimp. A spring roll that was stuffed and not greasy or oily. And finally the packaging. No styrofoam here, with leaky gaps, but a securely sealed plastic tray and lid. No mess no stress.

This place gets one star because you can’t add a zero, but I found plastic in my food, hopefully there weren’t any more that my kids ate, as they are four, and 12. When I notified Carmen, the manager she asked me to bring it back, and they would give me another plate, I don’t want another plate, I want them to be aware that this poses a safety concern and is a health issue. I will never be going back to this place.

Never been. Was house sitting and it was in the area plus had a drive thru so thought I’d give it a try. Wish I hadn’t. Would have kept my $30. I ordered the chicken lettuce wraps, order of egg rolls and the all meat pad Tai and large Dr. Pepper. Lettuce wraps are meh. Alot of other stuff and some chicken. Could use more flavor. And more than 2 green lettuce leaves. Def not like p.f.changs. the egg rolls were mediocre. Not terrible but need work in the filling. The pad Tai was literally inedible. So dry and sooo spicy (I can take some heat and like spice) that I literally couldn’t get past the 2nd bite. Def would not recommend it. Even the Dr pepper wasnt right and tasted flat. Will most definitely not be back. Save your money.

Fast friendly service. Fresh food and even room to eat inside or small patio area. Reasonably priced , good value overall. Will be back for sure. Wish we had one closer to us.
