New Castle, PA and its surrounding area is blessed to have a wonderful variety of food choices and equally blessed with wonderful ethnic food options. My good friend took me to Nahla’s; I’ve never been. Their food was on POINT. Fresh, delicious, and well prepared. This is coming from me as both a chef and a foodie. The service is great. The location is easy to get to. They give big portions and the flavors are down to the molecular level. Come give Nahla’s a try!!

Great food but the waitress was loud and overwhelming to the dining room. We couldn’t hear ourselves at our own table while she talked loudly to everyone and divulged personal problems to everyone in the restaurant.

I hear nothing but amazing things about this place. The first time I order there, the hummus was completely spoiled. I called in NOT asking for a refund, just as a common courtesy so nobody else gets it. The woman who answered did not care AT ALL. Hey, we all have our bad days and I’m a forgiving guy, so I ordered again. The second time it was very good. My next visit however, I got horrendous food poisoning. It gets better. My friend called in, explained the situation, and asked for a refund. Their reply was “Well nobody else got sick.” and denied her refund. A few days later I returned to work and find out that a colleague’s grandmother also had Nahla’s that same day, and she got sick as well.

I mean come on, one of the best to do it. I was actually kinda bummed, I got chicken over rice, but the rice has that little pasta in it, and I’m gluten free. So I just ate the chicken, peppers and toppings. Not their fault tho, I should of asked. Grape leaves are A++++++++++ Fast service. Smaller dining room.

The Chicken over Rice is great, the Syrian Bread soft & fresh. Our server Tiffany is phenomenal! Friendly, knows the menu & kept the tea cup topped off. She made the experience memorable in a good way, she is why we will go back!

We came here today for brunch after reading the good reviews. We had a 100% positive experience. Our server Tiffany B was lovely, positive and knowledgeable about the menu items. Our food was delicious! Fries were perfectly cooked and we enjoyed our sandwiches. The hummus is also delicious. We will definitely come back again when visiting New Castle. 10 thumbs up!
