Closest thing you can come to Mexican home cooking. Staff is very friendly and food is cooked to order. Prices are very reasonable and quality is superb. Their fried fish, camarones a la diabla, burritos and chorizo tacos are hands down the best around. No A/C inside, the plus to this is that the food stays hot for longer.

I love Mexican food and I drove here because they make the best tacos in town!! I usually order their carne asada tacos but today I decided to try their chicken tacos. Service was fast and the food is the bomb!! You won’t be disappointed!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They do a promotion on Tuesdays. I think you already guessed it. Taco Tuesdays baby They are 1 dollar each or 25 cents more per taco if you wamt cheese. The Carne Asada rocks my socks every Tuesday. It is a must at lunch break. They are quick, you can order ahead, eat there, whatever you want. I will go there every Tuesday for the foreseeable future. My recommendations do not come easily so this is some good food.

I had somewhat high expectations for this place because of the ratings. I was excited to have a potential new spots for Mexican food.. but I was wrong. I ordered 3 dishes for 2 people. We wanted to have more variety & all 3 were bland. When you go to restaurants it’s always best to get more than 1 dish because with 1 dish, you may just have gotten their least popular. I regret spending the money. We had tho pollo flautas, asada tacos, and chile verde (puerco, pork). How were all 3 meats under seasoned? I also realized the beans and rice were sorry which definitely irritated me as I LOVE the two.. they’re a staple in Mexican food. I really wanted to like this place as the ladies were sweet but I can’t do it. I don’t understand why they’re 4.6 stars?

They didn’t have a wet burrito on the menu for my husband but the lady made it for us anyways! The owner (I’m assuming) is always super sweet and very helpful especially when it comes to helping me try new things. We’ve just moved to Lathrop and this is already my go to Mexican food spot! Glad their here!

Don’t let the look of the place fool you. It may look like a little hole in the wall, but it is actually one of the best places around to grab some food. Good prices, large portions and amazing taste are worth the occasional issues they have answering the phone. And I totally get it, they can get very busy for a small family ran restaurant but if you can’t get through on the phone just head on in, you won’t regret it.
