We got two pizzas and they were the best we have had. We used to order from columbia, mo Casey’s but after today we will be ordering from this location. There was just something more robust and yummy with their pizzas.

Stop in from time too time too try too get a doughnut at 6 am, they are never out. What time do you guts put them out? UPDATE: Lowered to one star. Waiting in yoy line made me later today. Over 10 minutes in line. Ridiculous. Half a tray og doughnuts in a dirt case. This store is in dire need of management.

I ordered two large pizzas, and they told me it would be 35 minutes. So I waited 45 minutes to head to the store to give them a little leeway, just to be told once I got there that the pizza wasn’t even made yet! An hour and half after ordering my pizza still wasn’t done. One of the employees claimed she tried to call me, but I was never called. I finally get my pizza and the lady in the kitchen tells me she left the kitchen backed up because she had to go home and hang Christmas lights! What a joke. They did give me my pizza for free just to get me out of the store though.

I ordered food online tonight around 10:50 pm. Pick up time said 20 minutes. I was heading to the store when I received a phone call from Casey’s (a Deloris) who said the kitchen closed at 11 pm, and I could not get my food. I was told that for a refund I would have to come to the store with my card. They could not just cancel the order. I told Deloris that I have made orders before at that same time and have never had a problem. She said she didn’t receive the order until 11 pm. I then told her it was 11:12 on my phone when she called me. Why did she wait and since she waited she could’ve just made the food. I was then told there was nothing she was going to be able to do. The man Ron at the cashiers asked her if she was going to go ahead and make it and she said no.

Multiple times, pizza was not cooked right, called in 45 minutes ahead of time to pick up and they were just starting it. Or order gets forgot until you arrive. The elderly man who works the cash register is always rude,EXTREMELY slow and snotty to customers. The elderly short lady in the pizza section treats you like your bothering her, go to centralia it’ll be faster or maybe Jefferson city you’d get it faster that way too.

My husband and I work in Columbia and travel through hallsville daily. We stop often in the mornings/on the way home for whatever it is we need. We have had many rude interactions there which makes it difficult to go back. I am reading the same on these reviews, which is sad because it truly is not hard to be nice. However I am going to rate one employee who always makes me smile when I go, and his name is David. He’s an older gentleman who runs the cash register. I don’t know more about him other than that, but he always takes time to be polite and make small talk. I’m always hopeful it is him that is there when we go. Just wanted to say thank you to him and hope that his boss appreciates him!

This is a great gas station with all your gas station needs (i.e. road snacks, drinks, bathrooms, and of course gas). I’d say 75% percent of my pizza related experiences were positive. A few times the pizza was stale feeling, and once they gave us the wrong order. They didn’t have our pizza ready so they gave us someone elses. Overall, this is a slightly above average gas station (which sounds rude, but is not intended to be).
