Went out to eat with my family at this location but came across some issues unfortunately. The food was okay but did not like the service at all. At the end, waiter lady came with my receipt and said you need to pay tip and circled the highest percentage, 15%,18% and 20%. NOPE not today especially with that attitude! Sure enough when I told them that I was doing 18% the lady was super pissed yelling in her language. I will never come back to this restaurant again.

Experience was fine until the end. The owner and waitress were upset that I did not leave the exact tip amount that is recommended on the receipt and got into an argument with me when I told them that is a suggested amount not a required amount. To be clear, I left a reasonable tip for the service we received but not what was recommended on the receipt. I will not dine here again as I did not like the ridiculous argument at the end.

Chinese Cultural & Arts Institute CCAI
We always stop here. This is a Cantonese restaurant. You will mostly see Chinese here. The food is authentic and is excellent. It is not bright new shiney and glossy, but the food is excellent, and the family that runs it are very nice. The parking is tight and can be difficult. If the owner suggests a dish, that is usually something special that is fresh. Try it.

Some people on here are just way too pretentious. I’ve dined here multiple times, and the food is always delicious. The staff is super friendly, and always attentive. They even gave us a free appetizer as we ate, and slipped a free soup in our leftovers bag. This is now one of our go-to spots!

Salt and pepper pork was excellent and well seasoned and crispy. Not too spicy for my kids including the 3yo and they kept asking for seconds and third helping. Beef chow fun and congee also very good

We (3 people) spent $128 dine in and gave $140 ($12 tips)… for the waitress…just bring out food to the table. They stopped us and forced us to pay $20 tips (15% for very minimum services)…big SCAM to our community. Won’t come back again!!!!

The food was decent however very poor customer service from the only lady serving. Seems to be a language barrier. part of the order never came nor did the wait staff ever come back to check. When the bill came I paid with cash. The lady server was sure to point out and circle the suggested tip amount as though it was mandatory. This behavior definitely confirmed the rude vibe I felt initially. Will not be back and only go where I’m welcomed genuinely. For the record…I always tip.
