Always have the best time at any of the places in the building, but this was our first time at Louis’. I brought my husband here for a bday dinner and it was great. We had the crab cakes, Caesar salad and the paperadelle bolognese – all was wonderful.

Me and my family came across this place by chance on Sunday which I’m pretty sure is the only day of the week its open, but I could be wrong. Either way this restaurant was amazing, we were placed outside by the lovely staff and there patio was verry fun. They also had a bar outside if you’d be interested, but I will say not much shade on some tables out there. We all loved the food and it all tasted verry authentic with good portions too. I definitely recommend this restaurant!

Staff were friendly and timely. The bread came out cold which was a bummer. I ordered the rigatoni with the garlic sauce. It was good. Drinks were so so. The roof top seating was a nice touch on a winter day.

Mind Vomit
I would say the food was decent and good. I really was not happy with the service, or that our high top tables were way too small for 3 people to eat on. There was plenty of space around us, so I have no idea why wider tables were not there. So, we were always jockeying our plates and drinks around to eat. Our hostess took awhile to figure out where to seat us with a reservation. Then our waitress took forever to do anything. I had to ask another waiter to refill my drink. We finished our appetizer long before our waitress ever came back to get our order. I could plainly see her talking with other wait staff and going to other tables except us. I just figure based on the pricing, atmosphere, etc…. The service and the small tables could have been much better. Especially, the tables that was so annoying and anxiety inducing. Two off us almost knocked them over standing up off our seats.

Always a great experience! Delicious food, awesome staff! Ate on the patio for the second time. Todd, the fabulous bartender, remembered us. Aside from the atmosphere, the staff, the food, there was a selection of music playing which encompassed the entire experience. Can’t wait to come AGAIN. GET THE STEAK AND COSMO

We had a beautiful view of the St Paul cathedral from our table by the window. The atmosphere was very nice and my bucatini pasta was excellent. Others enjoyed their food as well but the scallops appetizer was dreadful, avoid them! They were a soggy undercooked mess. Also I felt the wine list wasn’t that great lacking bottles in the $50-100 range. The entrees can get spendy too, over $30 on some.

Excellent food in a great atmosphere. It’s an upscale environment with good portion sizes for the prices. It was quiet with the tables well spaced. We went with a group of 11 people and everyone was happy with their experience. There’s a large range of food options including vegetarian meals. It also is kid friendly. They have a kids menu that comes with a lot of food and includes dessert.
