AWFUL! I only visited this location because the “real” location with the drive thru across the parking lot is closed or remodeling. By far, this is the absolute WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had a Starbucks. Outside of being ridiculously slow, both ladies behind the counter were stone faced and looked irritated. I literally order the same thing EVERY time I go to Starbucks and I worked at a coffee shop in college, so I know the lay of the land.

I never write reviews, but felt the need to post this. I visited this Starbucks inside Harris Teeter tonight with family (we are all black). I saw they had two white women baristas who appeared to be cleaning. We asked if they were open and they told us they were closed. So we shopped around harris teeter for about 10 min. We get back to the front and see two white women getting their orders made by the baristas. This was extremely disheartening. We asked the store manager about this, who did not have a clear answer as to why they told us they were closed, but served these white women 10 min later. Very disappointed and will not be back.

We visited the drive-thru at our local Starbucks and ordered two caramel frappes. Terrible decision, but we had a gift card and otherwise would not have been there. There was just a hint of coffee flavor and very little caramel. A local cafe Green Joe’s has a much better drinks and decent price! Starbucks is laughing all the way to the bank!

We had been standing in line to order for about 10 minutes when the worker told us that they close at 8pm and she wouldn’t be able to get to us… I’m sorry but if I had customers in line before closing I would wait on them regardless of what time you close… they just lost a customer…
