Food was ehh. Poor kid was working by himself and it was so busy. Took 15 mins per customer because he had to take the orders and make the coffee. Get more help or make 1 of the 3 chick’s on drive thru help out!

Came here for the first time today. They were a little busy but nothing crazy for a Sunday. They had no donuts left when we got here. We waited till they finished the whole order to take the next persons order. We picked something else. We ordered sandwiches. Someone came in for an interview while we waited for our food to be done. The person making the sandwiches left for the interview and nobody took over. We waited over 20-30 minutes for our food. You would think we would get warm food after waiting that long, but it was cold. I feel bad for the workers because they need better training and help.

On May 6th at around 6:30 PM, I visited Tim Hortons and purchased two croissants. I requested that the employee, Emma/Girl, toast the croissants, but she refused and instead threw them away. She offered me a refund, which I believe is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect my order to be prepared as requested. Emma’s attitude towards my request was unprofessional and disappointing. I hope Tim Hortons takes necessary action to train their employees to meet customer demands.

Okay so the staff is great and I get exceptionally great service every-time I come here. However, the app never works. Why have buy one get one free or $1 coffees if you can’t use the app. Manager always overrides the app as it never works and I’ve had to call and speak with corporate in regard to the issue. Besides the complaining the line moves fast most days and the coffee is always made good! I am a frequent flyer for sure.

Everytime we come here close to closing time you guys never answer for the drive through or phone calls. Even though you close at 8pm, and we arrive at 7:45pm, you guys don’t accept any customers. If that’s the case don’t say you’re open. Waste of time
