Dirty dining room. Lettuce was rotten, and the service was poor. They argued with me that I don’t know what wilted, slimy lettuce looks like. Please avoid this Chipotle. Corporate needs to investigate this store – they are damaging the brand.

Worst bathroom I’ve been in, in 5 years. I couldn’t even open the bathroom door because I could not get traction on the slimy floor. It was more humid than a gym shower room, but rather than a clean humidity, it smelled like a insides of the walls were flooded with the contents of a neglected aquarium. I’m now wiping my shoes in the grass outside. The food was average. Find another location.

Take the time to engage with your customers . I repeated myself 5 times what I wanted instead of listening everything was rushed trying to put other toppings on when I wanted just a plain bowl. It take seconds to engage and make them feel welcomed . Lastly very rude and snappy feeling rushed when there was only two other customers in the restaurant. Also maple grove must be the only location that will not give customers like for their meal very disappointing.

We waiting in like for about 15 mins. They only had one person putting together bowls and burritos for people on a Saturday. The rice was crunchy on my friend and my food. So sad this place has gone downhill. Used to love coming here.

I am not sure what has happened but this Chipotle location is horrible! The food areas were dirty. Back counter was a mess with metal tins, rice, onions, beans on the counter. Floors were sticky. One employee was yelling to the back room for another employee, who, then came out with a phone in her hands, and proceeded to talk on the phone. Food was definitely not the quality I expect from chipotle. Rice wasn’t cooked all the way. The chicken looked like it was shredded chicken rather than bite-size pieces of chicken. The chips were stale and tasted like they were fried in old oil. Very disappointed.
