Pretty good. Love cleanliness ratings! Friendly staff. Speeds picked up well. Only complaint: this location stopped shaving the roast beef. Please, thin shave your roast beef like it’s supposed to be. The big thick slices ruin the bite & texture. Today it was very thick & finally had to say something.

I have to wonder if the young woman taking orders in the drive through is hard of hearing or English Challenged or hasn’t been trained properly to take orders. I ordered a double roast beef sandwich. She couldn’t get what I said right about how I wanted it. When I got home I found it wasn’t the double roast beef I ordered. I don’t even know if I was charged for a double since she never gave me a receipt.

Sandwiches were cold. Curly fries cold. Crinkle fries were very hot. Mozzarella sticks were very cold and nasty. Assuming they put all in bag while they cooked the crinkle fries. It was to go, drove less than a mile to eat. Arby’s has gone downhill over the last 4-5 years. Keep trying to give them a chance but think this was the last straw. Wish they would have the ham sandwiches again. They were ALWAYS good. Gave a one star. As you can tell it was only because I could not give a no star or less.
