No health score visibly posted. This location is the worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. EVER! I didn’t feel like driving to N.Slappy but that was a mistake. Service was friendly but something is seriously wrong. Drive thru time: 18 minutes. Food mediocre. Cleanliness questionable. Just all around bad experience more than once! I’ve stayed away for about a year and was reminded why on the last visit.

They ran out of beef in the middle of the day. Than tried to tell us it would take 45 mins to an hour. Than laughed at the fact made us go around the drive thru twice to order something else. The food was made sloppy no cheese on the sandwichs messy just not a good place.

Customer service was terrible if the lady at the window hates her job that much why work. The drink was pushed out the window at us and spilled. Then we couldn’t even eat our food because we were worried they had done something to it I will be receiving a full refund. The customer is always right I don’t guess this is something that their employees are being taught if a manager is aware that they treat people like this they don’t need to be manager , they need to take another customer service course. The receipt has a guy’s name on it but it was a female at the window that served us. This is all the proof anyone needs to see that a job is not being done.

Ordered a large number 16. Didnt get a large. ordered 2 for 6 beef and cheddar. Mac and cheese. Asked for arby’s sauce they said it was in the bag. Leave and drive home to find out no sauce. return back to restaurant to get sauce. Return back home went inside to sit and enjoy my meal. The first sandwich I opened had 2 bit Mark’s on it. Very mad. Called the store and was told that couldn’t happen. Well I assure you it did. Was told to bring the sandwich back and they would make another. I’m not going to a place where someone takes bites out of a sandwich. sorry. I promise this will be addressed tommrow morning when day shift is in. The night shift is very rude.
