Ordered Mexican pizza combo with no lettuce on tacos. I get a Mexican pizza with no tomatoes and 2 tacos with meat and sour cream only. And to top everything off, I was asked if I wanted sauce to which I replied I did, no sauce. The receipt is correct but the order was made wrong. Good job, taco bell

Gave it three stars because I usually love coming here. Two days ago I went again with my aunt and son and it could have been way better. I ordered my aunt three hard tacos with just extra meat and cheese, well when she got them, there was no extra meat and they had lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. We complained and they said they couldn’t do anything for us. My three soft tacos were good, but it was like they just put a glob of sour cream on one side. The next thing was I ordered a normal chicken wrap for my son which was supposed to only have cheese and chicken in it, but it had hot sauce in it. We didn’t complain about it because they told us the first time they wouldn’t do anything. The drink station was a horrible mess and it stayed that way for the whole 40 minutes we were there. (I ended up wiping it off) We also got a free cinnamon twist bag right after we ordered. I saw a ton of new employees there so maybe they just need to be better equipped/trained.

i ordered online, i got my food and it was missing two tacos and the food i did get, they made incorrectly and the soft taco i had wasn’t even heated on the flat top. i worked at taco bell’s all over the state for over 3 years and this isn’t okay. i called and they said i can come get my food, but they weren’t apologetic and was short and rude.

Came in to dine in and I notice I did not had my wallet to order on the computers as they only take card, I did had cash, but employees ignored me for like 15 min until I had to raise my voice for help after asking for help like 4 times someone came and took my order and did not even apologize. Worst customer service ever

My experience was a complete disaster as shown in the photos. It’s literally so terrible I couldn’t stop laughing!!! I thought it was a prank. I called and they were very rude, immature and unprofessional. Should have posted this ages ago. How do they stay in business? Stay away from PC Taco Bell.

My wife picked up some TBell for dinner tonight less than 20 min ago, the stuff is still warm. I took a bite of my 5 layer burrito and noticed something a little “off” but thought it might have been because I took a drink of Coke Zero prior to taking a big bite.
