Found this Thai restaurant while vacationing and decided to give to a try. Not a single regret. The staff was so good to my family. We arrived about an hour before they were going to close and they were more than comfortable with us taking our time. The food was delicious and 100% authentic. Pricing was very fair and food came out quick. Would definitely recommend stopping by. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazingly cute place with the best Thai food in Colorado. Super authentic and oh so delicious. The owners are Thai and the food is magical. Try the stuffed chicken wing, you’ll be glad you did. Everything I’ve tried here is outstanding! Be sure and have some mango sticky rice for dessert, it’s just heavenly. This place will become your new favorite!

I’ve eaten at Eim Thai countless times, mostly when I used to work down the road. Their fried rice and pad thai are wonderful, but the curry runs a bit on the watery side. :/ The inside of the restaurant has a very green feeling, and by that I mean that they have a lot of lovely real and fake plant decorations, done in a trendy way. Lastly, I actually love this place for takeout not only because of the delicious food, but because their to-go containers are really great for re-using in the house… ^_^; My favorite dishes are the pineapple fried rice and garlic pork.

This little place is so good! I hate that I waited years to try it. I thought it was a chain, but foolishly never did any research. Now, we have it on our Airbnb Guidebook and have heard from multiple guests that they, too, loved it. The food is fresh, the staff is caring, and the prices are fair. If you crave fresh Asian noodles, this is the place to go!

We were craving some thai food while on a holiday so we decided to stop off here and try the place out. We left feeling immensely satisfied. The food was amazing and there were a lot of options on the menu with great prices. The service was just as good. We dined in and the restaurant was nice clean and cozy. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for authentic thai food.

This was my second time here and I loved it even more than my first time! My family is part Thai and I used to work at a Thai restaurant before moving to the Springs, so I had been looking for my new “go-to” Thai place and this place is it. They are conveniently located near my office at the county building and the food is fast enough for a sit down lunch, even around 11am-1pm. The staff are super friendly and the restaurant itself is cute and tidy. I ordered the egg rolls and Ladna–the portions and price points are perfect and the quality is fantastic. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Eim Thai has the best Thai food I have ever had, and the staff is always very nice. This is definitely my favorite restaurant in the Springs. Their crab cheese wontons bring a homemade, bursting flavor, and all of their noodle options, salads, and curry are amazing. I definitely recommend coming here and trying the food, you will not be disappointed.
