The food I had was great, but the service overall was lacking. The cashier taking my order had no enthusiasm and was completely dead-pan. There was a lady on drive-thru that was the complete opposite, so anyone on drive-thru right now is good. While I was eating my food, a customer went up to the register to complain about there being a food in her hair, and the cashier in question said “Call corporate for any complaints and concerns.” I’m not saying they should refund the entire purchase, but that was handled poorly.

I was sitting in the drive thru for a while so I pulled up to the window to look in and there was no one but the random lady . I asked her if she seen anyone and she said nope and she was in there for 20 min .

I would give zero stars if I could. The employee at this location really told me she couldn’t make me a burger without a bun. I have an allergy and can’t have bread so she told me she couldn’t help me. I asked why she couldn’t make it without a bun and put it in a container and she said “We don’t do that here”. She was incredibly rude and it’s a shame she couldn’t comprehend how to put a burger in a bowl. Truly a shame.

We came all the way up from Vincennes Indiana the soda drinks only had one size no lids are Whoppers were not even warm my tomato is only the size of a half a dollar if that both my wife and I are on social security disability and it was terrible I’m not that used to having service like that a Burger King then the restroom was filthy in the employee that was learning how to do the burgers was going ready saying he’s about ready to snap
