I had a disappointing experience with my recent order from the Morris Taco Bell location. The food I received was far from satisfactory – the beans and lettuce were barely present, and the overall quality seemed subpar and old. As someone who enjoys Taco Bell, this was truly disappointing. I hope the restaurant can improve its food quality and attention to detail to provide a better experience for customers. Unfortunately, I can only give a one-star rating for this visit.

I received wrong order and the order I did receive was absolutely disgusting. It looked like dog food. No meat, all beans, hardly any cheese and like 4 tiny tomato chunks. We threw it away. I called the restaurant to be met with a snotty employee. Never again will I order there. Sad what this restaurant has become. I wish I could give it zero stars.

Absolutely unhappy with my food from this place. This is supposed to be a shredded chicken burrito, and this was all the filling inside. AND almost every single piece of rice was CRUNCHY. Not sure how they managed that, but I had crunchy rice in every burrito/quesarito I ordered. It was extremely disgusting.

About once a year I get a craving for Taco Bell. Today was that day. The Taco Bell in Morris is fairly recently remodeled and kept clean. The staff were friendly. The food is standard Taco Bell fare, meh at best. Next year when I get that craving I will be back.

VERY disappointed. I left there solely because they took out the Mexican pizza. Best invention since sliced bread in my opinion. Nix the beans replace with sour cream and meat and it’s amazing. Well they finally bring it back and I ordered dinner for the family and they missed a drink and 3 out of 5 tacos. So I go back in line becuase the door was locked and now I’m stuck in line because I didn’t notice how it amassed so many cars in 15 seconds. So I finally get home and in that time all the tacos and pizzas are cold and soggy and just nasty! I was in line the second time lo get than I was the first! Not one to knock ones profession at all but to demand such a high rate of pay could at least suffice taking a food order correctly. I will NOT be going back to this taco bell again.
