From the reviews, it seems this location can be hit or miss. Although there was a slightly longer than usual wait, our food was a HIT. I ordered our meal online through the app. I didn’t get her name but the woman working tonight who brought my food out was great. She apologized multiple times for the wait and told me she made fresh tenders and fries to make sure they were hot and fresh for us. The bucket of extra crispy chicken was also hot and delicious. A big thumbs up for the folks who were working tonight and for the sweet lady who brought it out.

Spent almost $40 on the worst chicken. It looked and tasted absolutely disgusting. The legs were like jerky and the breast looked like it got smashed into the bucket. Extremely flat . The biscuits looked like someone put them in there hands a squeezed them. This has to be by far the worst KFC on the planet. We should’ve went to Plainfield. Owners should be ashamed of this restaurant. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! I do recommend Popeyes or any other chicken restaurant in Avon over this!!! I think there selling last Fridays chicken today.

Went to KFC Avon today, ordered and provided coupon at checkout window. They said “we can’t take coupons, we don’t know how to ring them into the register.” So, needless to say, we left without getting any food and had to go to the Plainfield KFC location 12 miles away!! If you’re planning to get chicken at KFC Avon, DON’T BOTHER VISITING THIS LOCATION!!

Would be ZERO stars if I could? Ordered a large family meal online for curbside pick up. My card was charged. I arrived at the store to find lobby door locked even though the curbside sign says go inside for pickup. I go through the drive thru instead. Only to be told by cashier that my order can’t be filled because they have no food? She said they didn’t get their truck delivery that day! I asked for a refund and was told to go online. I work in the restaurant business. My company offers online ordering as well. If we can’t fulfill orders we have the ability to turn OFF online ordering. This woman was extremely offensive when I asked why they hadn’t done that. And, screamed at me, “I don’t know ma’am, I’ve never even been on the KFC website!” Suffice to say…. No one has reached back out to me about my refund after multiple messages. I’m kind of ashamed to say that KFC was my first job as a teenager. I honestly can’t believe how much the customer service quality has gone down there in recent years. I’ve always loved their food but I won’t go back ever again. There’s just been too many problems with them every time I’ve ordered in the past two years. This was just the worst one so far. Looks like I will stick with Popeyes from now on. Quality of food is similar but customer service is MUCH better there!

i ordered early in the morning and the food was terrible. they just splat out put mayo on the chicken sandwich. the bread was terrible. the fries tasted like they were overnight fries that got reheated in the morning. and the drinks were horrible TERRIBLE especially the after taste!!! never ordering from this store again and wouldn’t recommend

Went in to eat and the guy taking orders has the most dirty nasty hoodie on.. they had no lids for drinks and no napkins. Fries were cold but the chicken wraps were pretty good. They really could clean the store up.
