Where do we start.. the pizza was supposed to be pepperoni. I paid almost $2 to add pepperoni to my pizza and I got 11 pieces of pepperoni, I could have bought a whole pack of pepperoni from the grocery store and got more pepperoni. Next the cheesesteak, the meat was dry and burnt as hell and the American cheese was some kind of weird poorly made chunky cheese sauce. Lastly the meatball sub. Bread was hard as a rock and the sauce was like a paste and the 12” sub had about 5 small meatballs throughout. I finally gave WSP a try over my regular places and I sure was disappointed. I don’t order out often so wasting money on this garbage was upsetting

We walked in tonight and ordered the spicy Italian pizza, wings, and Greek salad. While we were waiting we ordered 2 beers that were barely cold, not to mention my husband stood there for a good minute while the 2 girls had a full on conversation with each other, ignoring him. Check your cameras, youll see, 7/14/23 815pm to 845pm. Then when we got home, we open the pizza and it’s a regular pepperoni pizza with hot sauce poured on it and they literally gave us blue cheese dressing to the Greek salad. I will never go here again. Perhaps, try training your employees, or hire better ones.

Ordered bone in wings extra crispy, hot, with a side of hot sauce instead of ranch or blue cheese. They were not breaded and not crispy at all and looked naked with a bunch of oil looking stuff in bottom of tray. Wish I could upload pic with this post.

Have enjoyed this place in the past but had a terrible delivery experience tonight. I always order the Greek salad because it has potato salad on it. Well today there was suddenly no potato salad. I called to tell them, and the guy who answered said: “sorry we ran out of potato salad but let me see if I can take care of this for you.” He came back a minute later and said “sorry, there is nothing I can do.” Well, okay then. I hang up and open the pizza box for the first time and it has no onions…the only topping I asked for, and which I definitely paid for.

Worst of the worst, the ghetto place to eat. Ordered as usual a pizza by phone when I get there the white skinny tinted WHT and blk tips had to come out her office after passing my debit various times like 10 times by diffrent employees (methheads) and humiliate me saying “it denied” various times. I leave the store when arriving home my wife tells me it was charged to her bank my card was charged a couple times I don’t know how many times for 1 pizza, but the pizzas used to be bigger than the box now they can fit 2 pizzas in 1 box u barely see it inside the box and very sloppy, place is very unsanitized and filthy place to eat I hope they shut that place down asap giving a bad name to “Westshore Pizza” sometimes pizza raw and sometimes burnt…

When I opened the box of pizza it reminded me of school lunch lady with how bad it looks. The cheese tasted like plastic and the amount of oil on the pizza was enough to fill a bottle. The chicken wings are another story, they looked like they were raw and wrapped in fat. We ordered mild wings and there was no sauce it was just tossed in oil. The quality of the food is excessively poor and definitely gonna give you food poison. Eat at this place at your own risk

Cocky kid took my order over phone, placed order gave him my phone number. Drove to pick up order and when I arrived he said I hung up on him? I did not,he tried to stare me down like a tuff guy. Why not just say sorry and replace the order. He won’t last a there a month. Typical spoiled brat teen.
